About me

I'm a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Menopause Coaching Specialist with 15+ years in the fitness industry.

After years of disordered eating, overtraining, and never feeling good enough in my body, I learned that confidence is built through strength, not restriction.

Now I'm on a mission to empower more women to feel strong in their body, free with food, and confident in themselves so they can live out their unique purpose as the happiest, healthiest, and most fulfilled version of themselves.
